• Built a company-wide absence management system used by 4,000+ employees (Python, Django, SQL Server, Azure SSO), with multi-stage escalation workflows, role-based access control, and REST API integrations automating shift cancellation and return-to-work detection.
• Delivered a regulatory compliance platform across 60+ sites (Django REST Framework, Angular), replacing manual spreadsheet tracking and reducing audit preparation from days to minutes.
• Built an asset-tracking system covering 15,000+ devices (Django REST Framework, Angular), flagging equipment with out-of-date PAT testing.
• Led the migration of codebases from individual ownership into a structured source-control organisation, and introduced the linting and documentation standards the team now works to, alongside a Confluence knowledge base and a Jira kanban workflow.

One Lambda per endpoint behind API Gateway, infrastructure in Terraform, deployed by GitHub Actions authenticating through OIDC rather than stored keys, and a WCAG check that fails the build.

Question answering over uploaded documents — ingestion, pgvector search, and conversation history, with tests and CI. Retrieval filters on distance before taking the top matches, so it can return nothing and say so rather than answer from whatever was nearest.
